A gel with which you can create endless creations. First apply a base color and let it harden. Then apply a thin layer of Blooming gel on the nail (on top of the color) and do NOT let it harden.

With a fine brush you can apply gel polish in the still wet blooming gel. Once you are done, let it harden for 30 seconds and apply a No Wipe Top Coat, or for a beautiful matte look, choose the No Wipe Matte Top Coat.
